Once while waiting for a connecting flight, years before we had our own kids, we encountered a family with 5 children biding their time engaged in a creative game. The game looked to be Tag; however, the kids were calling out ‘You need discipline!’ as they chased to catch each other. The game of ‘You need discipline’ has become an inside joke of ours. It’s become more funny now that we have children of our own and can imagine the circumstances that inspired the invention of such a game…Anyway, in this video Jeff recounts the this and then shares insights on the positive aspects of discipline as a habit, rather than a punishment.
