Just after we posted last week’s entry on discipline, I saw Gary Vaynerchuk on a video talking about seeing regret in an older man’s eyes. It reminded me of a story a customer once shared with me. He told me, “there are only two real pains in life: the pain of discipline and the pain of regret.
